Remote Transmission Prepayment System
Brief Introduction of System:
YT-0002 long distance prepayment system use aptitude water meter, ammeter, gas-fired meter inside of which are set with aptitude control mold which can measure data collection, noting, storing, long distance communication, long distance diagnosis, real time management, prepayment. The stability and dependability of product has unparallel advantages compared with conventional product which impulse to generate water, electricity and gas. Data communication transmit carrier adopt advanced technology and high dependable M-BUS. Besides, it overcomes instability, poor dependability, low successful rate and other difficult technical problems of “Three Meter in One” system in existence.
System Characteristic:
1. measure meter and communication circuitry
Adopting low power consuming design and power supplying with batteries, overcome difficulties of supplying electricity of CCU, and lowers running risks of system at the same time. On the design of measure meter, adopting data collection unit, long distance valve controller and direct reading mold is integrated intellectively by communication mold. Data transmission adopts international standard M-BUS.

Major advantages of M-BUS
1). Transmits electrical source and communication data at the same time on both line and save wiring.
2). Bus line is without polarity and more convenient to connect and debug.
3). Dependable communication distance is farther, cut down the numbers of repeaters, save the cost.
4). Communication data between meters and inter-integrated. Communications between meter and system are inter-authenticated. System runs more dependable and secure.
5). Safe from cutting wire, disturbance and is lightning proof.
3. Simple construction, convenient management
Measure meter has exclusive address tag and convenient management maintenance, adopting international standardization M-BUS mode. It only uses ordinary “two-core” line. Traditional impulse recording has no data place, absolutely by physical connection. Construction and maintenance are both difficult.
4. Humanistic management, controls the usage of gas
To prevent vicious default, electrical valve or relay and stuff, is installed inside of metric meter to ensure change punctually. To charge by controlling and force is adopted secondly. It represents humanistic management compared with IC card meter project.
System functions:
Data collection and disposal
① Excerpt data of electricity, water and gas which is used by denizens fixedly and instantly.
② Account instant data of electricity quantity, water quantity, gas quantity each month.
③ Specify electricity quantity, water quantity, gas quantity of copy meter/recording daily.(Recording can be set).
④ Account data statistically to judge water quantity, electricity quantity and gas quantity are of abnormity or not.
④ Analyze the data between sub-meter and users to judge expresses of electricity power and water and gas supplement.
Controlling Function
When users’ payment is in arrears, manager can provisionally stop electricity, water and gas through the device of this system after users’ payment.
Expenses Settlement
① Calculate water rate, electricity rate, gas rate of each doors. Appoint settlement day to settle together.
② Set expenses rate. Charge in subsection for electricity quantity; account charges of water quantity and gas quantity as per ladder water (gas) price.
Data security, event record
① Settlement of operator power purview; Manage users’ passwords and manage meter exclusive address tag.
② System event, users login, amend rate, change gage, etc.
③ Warn for over-limitation of electricity quantity, water quantity and gas quantity.
Print report form, release information
① Users list, report form of electricity quantity, gas quantity and water quantity of every user, every month. Express list can be used as charge document.
② Supply releasing information WWW. Internet users can search expenses online conveniently and extend to electronic commerce to realize payment on the net.
Survey Running state
① Survey communication state and working state of each concentrator. Warn and record when abnormal.
② survey communication state of metric meter/ measuring meter，concentrator transmit communicating state of every meter to sub-station/main-station. System can judge the current communicating state of each meter.
